How to connect to VPN [SOLVED]
I just installed the app on my Android v2.3.6 (old, I know)
When I open it, I only see "Add VPN" with 4 options - PPTP VPN, L2TP VPN, L2TP/IPSec PSK VPN, L2TP/IPSec CRT VPN
There's no login screen
I'm not sure what to do next

I do apologize but you are not able to use the VPN application on Android 2.3, the application does only work on Android 4. and higher.
In order to obtain a VPN connection on your device, you will need to setup L2TP.
