Websites blocking me when using PIA VPN

I normally browse with VPN enabled.  Wasn't an issue until recently - certain websites are blocking me when I am using PIA VPN:

www.healthequity.com
www.pcpartpicker.com
to name a couple

What gives?
Any method to disable for certain things?  More and more I'm finding these kind of limitations.  How to get around them?

    I am connected to PIA now and I have had no problems viewing the websites, could you just try connecting to a different server and see if that helps?

    healthequity is working this morning...  PCPartPicker just says "PCPartPicker is temporarily unavailable."  This is with a connection in Illinois.  last night was New Jersey with both not working, will have to double check to make it fact.

    Well it seems not to follow any rhyme or reason... sometimes works sometimes not, depending on server and time.  Weird.

    I would guess it depends on the IP you were assigned - some of them are blocked and some are not (yet).  This problem will get worse and worse over time.  :(
