Forwarded port no longer displays on Tooltip

Ok, so now I am at my wit's end on this....

Roughly five days ago, I noticed that on my Windows Server 2016 - the VPN is taking up to 60 seconds just to connect to the VPN location (usually Toronto or Montreal for port forwarding purposes), each time I have connected - I wait the customary 15-30 seconds and check the tooltip on the system tray icon.

It would seem that now the forwarded port no longer displays - on that I am even being forwarded.

Here's what I've done so far:
  1. Uninstalled, deleted temp files and folders - rebooted. Still fails to display
  2. Uninstalled, deleted temp files and folders, installed previous version.  Still fails to display
  3. Uninstalled, deleted temp files and folders, installed current version - modified the port settings on the pia_Manager application. No change
  4. Uninstalled, flushed dns cache, rebooted and installed current version - no change again.
I'm up for suggestions here guys... not sure what else to do, was working like a charm before this point and never had a problem.
