My username was changed!

Hello everyone!

Something strange happened to my subscription.
I got an email from PIA after my subscription was over, offering a time limited offer to keep my old username with a discount, I renew successfully my subscription for one year, and I was able to login and connect using my old username for one day or so after receiving a confirmatory email from PIA, then suddenly I became unable to use my account, after that, I received a new email with new username and password and a 90 days subscription instead of 360 days! 

I contacted  with PIA customer support for three times during the past few weeks, but I didn't receive any replay!
