Yesterday, I created a support ticket. Now it's 32 hours past and nobody returned it. I opened a second ticket and it's also waiting for a reply. Your team tweets very well but ignores support tickets. This is worse than terrible.
I'd like to personally apologize for any frustration you're experiencing with our support system. Our ticket volume has massively grown in recent weeks, and we've been working constantly to get it back under control.
Our ticket system is queue based, and every new ticket gets put at the bottom of the queue. Responding to that ticket will count as it being updated, and will put it back to the bottom of the queue. So, asking if there are any updates will actually end up delaying our response to you. I apologize for the frustration this has caused you.
With that said, I have been able to locate two support tickets and it appears that they have been responded to.
