Unable to access Indian content on Indian vpn

Hi,
I'd been using the vpn to access the live sports content on hotstar.com in India.
But today the vpn doesn't seem to work anymore. Anyone else face this issue.
Looks like the ip address seem to have been blocked.

HOTSTAR is working for me now after I tried flushing the DNS from my computer. 
First I set the PIA server to India. 
Then I flushed DNS on my mac, (instructions for windows and mac in this link https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html#macos-sierra)
Tried Hotstar and voila, all the movies and cricket streams are streaming now <span></span>
Hope this helps !!

Not all Indian web sites work for me, and not always. Sometimes I can get hotstar or voot to load and play videos, but sonyliv loads but always give a geoblock error when I try to play a video. I tried the flushdns trick, it did not help.

When connected to the server in India, google homepage shows the UAE home page, whatsmyip shows the ip address as 196.* located in New Delhi, but myip.ms shows location as New Jersey, USA.

This thread has been open for quite some time now, very frustrating that this is still an issue and PIA has not resolved this fully.
