Hi,
My subscription is not auto renewed. It was supposed to be on 03.05.2017.
I can't find anything which can help me to pay the subscription now (other than recreating a new user). What should I do?

And other thing: I notice that I am now connected to Texas IP address despite I select Norway. It was working fine till 03.05.2017. Something to do with subscription not being renewed?

for the subscription, contact PIA support via email and they will walk you through it. However, maybe a change in VPN services might be more suitable for you given how much PIA's customer service quality has declined recently.

Yeah, I noticed that too. It makes me wonder why they did this. Usually, dumping company staff like that is a huge red flag. It's an indicator that something is very, very wrong.
