My PIA App Will Only Connect to LogicWeb Inc no matter Which Connection I Choose
I've submitted a ticket & followed it up with 2 emails & support has not written back. Below
is what I wrote; I'd would be greatly appreciative if anyone understands what's going on. I'm
thinking either Malware or a major issue with PIA's main servers. MBAM, Reg Run & MSE
all say the pc is clean.

I became aware of this issue in the last few hours. I've tried 2 system restores (Wed AM PDT
& Tues. AFT PDT) with no success. Everything has worked fine until quite recently; it may
have been occurring longer than I'm aware of.
The area/ip I select is shown on the app; as an example I select Seattle most often (I am in
Tacoma, WA; near Seattle). The App shows my ip as 104.200.154.24 (Seattle); but both
your website and Google show my ip as 173.244.44.24 (New Jersey).
Most other selections have similar issues with the app thinking it's matching what I'm selecting,
but in reality that's not the case. It does seem repeatable; i.e. Seattle always produces New
Jersey.
Is the issue at my end or yours?
What is the solution?

"I'm also only getting 10-20% of my normal speed when using the VPN"
#3 "Hopefully last comment: today is worse then yesterday. No matter where I
try to connect to, it goes to one of 2 banks in New Jersey, USA:
196.52.48.xxx or 173.244.44.xxx.
Both are quite slow.
To repeat, the PIA app thinks I'm connected to the bank of ip's I
requested, but your website & Google's ip site both show that I am always
going to one of those top banks of addresses."
Again, no matter what I select it goes to LogicWeb Inc in New Jersey.
