Hi,
Is PIA really busy with the new laws in the US because I do not seem to be able to get a reply from support?

    HI,

    It would seem that way.  I have been trying to renew my subscription since 043017 with no luck.  I have had emails sent to me to update my payment info, which I have more than 3 times, and i have 3 open tickets with no personal response from anyone there.  Do they still want my business?

    Really? my subscription is ending soon. So it should be worrying right?

    PIA was pretty amazing 2yrs ago, but I wouldn't renew with them if I had known the issues I'm having now and the non-existence of support.

    I paid for a12 month period and didn't receive any email for the account. Despite submitting a ticket I still haven't received any reply. So they have taken my money but not supplied me with an account. I wish I never paid them. Now if I don't have my account details I can't cancel the renewal either. These guys are a nightmare.
