Where is my money PIA? Terrible service!

Money back does not work on PIA! They will not refund your money!

I canceled the service within 7 days due to very slow speeds and extremely high latencies and according to the terms of service the money should be returned if there was a 7 day cancellation, but they never returned my money!

I have already opened two tickets (325404 and 319560) on the problem and so far no response. Terrible service, I feel totally injured, I do not recommend anyone to use the PIA.

    I am having the same problem, trying to get refund for 3 days with 2 tickets opened(328538 & 330121), and an email sent to their help desk,and no response. I am beginning to think they are stalling for the 7 days so they don't have to give a refund. I guess I will have to open a dispute  with my CC company, if nothing at the end of 7 days. Doesn't say much for their service.

    After reading many of these posts, I have a question. Has ANYONE ever received a refund under the 7 day satisfaction guarantee????

    This is quite concerning. I just requested a refund for the same reasons as the OP. I really hope I get my money back.
