Extremely bad support, do not buy PIA subscription

As of may the 4th, PIA has been doing some fiddling with the way they distribute their IP's. They claim that we are still fully protected, however several people on the forums are posting about geolocation problems related to places out of the US. I have seen posts with complaints of at least 10 different countries. I currently live in another country than my home country, thus I am relying on PIA's service so that I can see TV from my home country. This service does not work for me. I have contacted PIA three times by now over the last 5 days and has had no response what so ever. As a paying customer, this is highly disturbing that a company can be so negligent to their customers, I am very disappointed about PIA and will cancel my yearly subscription once it runs out. Please don't buy their services!!

  • i'm in the same situation, trying to watch my home country australias abc news which is just a government free channel but all the sudden its blocked on PIA so i can't watch it.


  • I agree100% I read multiple reviews that just claimed PIA to high heaven, Man no way. I don't know if I have it set up right, can't get KODI to access the internet. When I send in a support ticket it just gets shrugged off. I needed a password from PIA what I got was and an invitation to go premium. I am a paying customer and I won't buy for a full year upfront because I don't want to be locked in when PIA is nothing but a bunch of Russian scammers! don't hold their end up.
