I'm using your service every day. I've paid for your service to unlock Geo restricted websites.
But recently, you decided to break everything. I couldn't login to several websites and online services anymore
because you changed your server's IP address.

For example, when I connect to Germany VPN via OpenVPN protocol, you
redirected all packets to Norway.
Therefore, if the website is blocking
non-Germany IP address, I can't access to it.
Why did you do this? This is unacceptable.
I want you to extend my subscription for free.
Everyone who paid for
your service before this incident SHOULD receive EXTENDED subscription
for free until you fix this issue.
I also emailed you several times and you completely ignored it.
Seriously? Did NSA bought your service?
This is not a free service. This is your responsibility.
