Unsubscribing and refunding
I signed up for a yearly subscription twice by accident today and was charged for both subscriptions. I never recieved a confirmation e-mail with account details and every time I contacted the support staff for help I got an automated response saying it was being looked at and so far nothing has been done. Now I honestly want to just unsubscribe and get a full refund and have sent screenshots detailing my transactions to the support staff as proof but still do not have a proper response. What should I do? I cannot view the tickets because I need my account details for that and I still do not have them.
