Money taken, nothing from support, no account created

Just added my complaint to all the others in case people see this before signing up.  PIA used to be great but now they are terrible.  No email account details sent after taking money, no response from support.  AM going to get the transaction reversed.  It's a shame they have gone downhill so much.

    I also, yesterday (22.05.2017 15:58 UTC+3)  paid for 6 months, but never received login details. Registered mail : [email protected] Ticket ID: 350283. Please send the username and password or give me my money back. Payment No. 377634.

    PayPall reversed the transaction yesterday, or you issued a refund.  For your info, the  ticket numbers were: 348321, 348332, 348905.

    Am nervous about trying to sign up again given the issues encountered though.
