TRYING TO RENEW FOR 1 MONTH. NO HUMANS RESPOND TO MY HELP TICKETS. Your customer service sucks

WHYYYYYYYYYYY  won't anyone get back to me? I've been trying for a month. Why can't i access my payment method on your website. Why when I click resume subscription I get this: Your Paypal profile is already active or cannot be reactivated.  What does that have to do with anything??? I don't even want to use that paypal account to pay anymore. Why won't you help the people that are paying for your service? I want to renew but you won't respond. WHY? I don't get you guys. I'm not the only one having this problem. SOMEONE TALK TO ME
