Poor Performance On One Client (DD-WRT OpenVPN)

I have PIA configured at the router level on a Linksys WRT 1900AC v2 with DD-WRT v3.0-r28788 std installed. I am having performance issues with one of my wireless clients and I'm not sure what the cause could be.

My OpenVPN configuration is shown below

I ran speedtests using speedtest.net's beta site (I have a server that I do not run Flash on) on 3 different computers on my network prior to connecting to PIA. Here are the results:

Windows Server 2012R2 Connected via 1Gbps Wired to Router:

MS Surface Pro 3 (Windows 10 Creators) 5Ghz 802.11ac to router:

Windows Desktop (Windows 10 Creators) 5Ghz 802.11ac to router:

I enabled the OpenVPN client on the router and re-ran the tests. Here are my results:

Server (Wired connection):

Surface (5Ghz 802.11ac):

Desktop (5Ghz 802.11ac):

(Received an error on speedtest beta so started with speedtest.net legacy)

(I didn't have all day to wait for that one to finish, but you get the idea)

As you can see from my results, my router is running like a champ - OpenVPN enabled or not. Except, that is, for the Win10 desktop. Any ideas on how to approach troubleshooting? A wired connection to this desktop is not possible due to a number of architectural factors and my tests indicate that this is a client issue rather than a connection issue.
