Account about to be terminated due to lack of payment no feed back from support for 5 days.
Ok so my issue is that i have a recurring payment set up on my account. the amazon account i have used in the past belong to a family member and the card used has been cancelled due to it being stolen number of months ago. i would like to change my amazon account that i use to pay with. i submitted a ticket 5 days ago when i received an email about my grace period starting due to payment failure i have been a loyal customer of pia for number of years and i have recommended it on many occasions i would like to have my issue resolved. (Not this discussions may not bee posted in the right category as i am unable to post in a more relevant category)
