No support emails
I have paid for a year and yet to receive any emails. I checked spam mail and filter etc.
Just keep getting an auto reply with : ticket numbers
358799, 358789, 358785, 357678, 356636, 356622
As you can see I have requested assistance many times.
Also provided attachments of my payment and the transaction number.
Please advice!
