Refund requested but no response from PIA???

Hi,

I have submitted two tickets asking for a refund because the VPN is not connecting at all!!
Please check ticket 359075 and 355546.
Two tickets submitted but no response at all from PIA!.

  • I have summited two tickets as well, my request numbers are 364362 and 365515. It does not connect at all now either for me. I would like a refund! Thank you.

    I experienced connectivity issue on the first day of trial. Hence, I emailed your technical support for immediate termination and refund.

    Two ticket numbers were (366503 and 366486) received and reviewed by your support staff.

    I haven't received any response from your technical support about the refund within the trial period yet.

    I requested a refund on the 4th of June, but no one replied to me too. Can you please issue a refund for me too? I subscribed to your service on the 2nd of June, so I was still eligible. The reason I'm writing on this forum is because no one replied to me and I didn't know if you started the refund procedure. My tickets are Ticket 365850 & 367767
