No connection for over a week
I've sent at least two emails to support - nothing.
I cannot connect on either my Mac or my Android Kodi box. It's been like this for over a week. It did work fine from April to middle of May.
I was connecting on both and then one day...endless "connecting" messages. I've tried ALL of the Cities/Countries to see if it's just the local ones. But nothing works. I even tried uninstalling on the mac and reinstalling. Nup.
I've sort of hit the end to my "technical" knowledge. I don't know quite where to go from here (besides another provider).
