m32b64, I could have done that also. In fact I did that on another post. But I was trying to get harrynice to do some research instead of having someone do it for them. But it is all good. There is one more good Tech Support, but I forgot his name now. I will have to look it up.

Welcome to PIA Colleen, I see that you have been very busy resolving tickets. It is reassuring to know that someone is in the control room. I would like to take you up on your offer. I have noticed the Notification feature of the Forum isn't working. I have checked a number of preferences on my Profile page but haven't received any notifications I was getting flagged comment notifications but I have unchecked that box. Thanks for your assistance in this matter.
