I have been wanting a refund since Saturday as PIA is not working that well for me. I have not got one reply since I sent my first email. If there is someone that can please give me my refund that would be good. My ticket number is 6922811. Please respond to my email!! I am not happy with your support.

    Thank you.

    I need your help.

    I experienced connectivity issue on the first day of trial. Hence, I emailed your technical support for immediate termination and refund.

    Two ticket numbers were (366503 and 366486) received and reviewed by your support staff.

    I haven't received any response from your technical support about the refund yet.
