Requested Refund, No Acknowledgement!!!
I terminated my 7 day trial on the second day. Latency is extremely high, speed is slow and location inconsistent. I submitted a ticket (362936) and backed up with a mail to [email protected], requesting for refund. I have not received any acknowledgement or refund from PIA! I'm extremely disappointed at such bad customer service!

I experienced connectivity issue on the first day of trial. Hence, I emailed your technical support for immediate termination and refund.
Two ticket numbers were (366503 and 366486) received and reviewed by your support staff.
I haven't received any response from your technical support about the refund yet.

Hey, did you receive a refund? I had the exact problem and requested a refund on the second day of my trial.
I have sent an email regarding this on 31st May and an update on June 2nd (ticket number 360212)
I haven't received any response from you yet.

Yes i just received my refund. Rather disappointing everyone have to go through this channel to get a trial refund... Good luck to you guys!
