I subscribed to your service on the 2nd of June but had some problems with the Continuity feature across my Apple devices. I couldn't fix it, so I decided to request a refund on the 4th of June. No one replied to me, so I created a new ticket on the 6th of June. Please, note that I was eligible for a refund. Today, I requested a chargeback from my bank because you're still silent and no one gets back to me from your team. Can you please confirm my request? Did you start a refund procedure?
