[REFUND] No response from Support Center

For some reasons, I requested a refund. The request was filed 4 days ago (June, Friday 17, 2017), but until now I have not received any response. Of course, I understand everything: an unexpected support load etc., but 7 days is not rubber, guys!

Someone, please, process my request as soon as possible. Thanks in advance :)

  • The answer came from support center. Thank you, I was just worried about the 7-day return period. :)
