[Solved] Refund request
Hello, i purchased PIA june 18th but realized it was slowing down my internet too much while already having a pretty terrible internet connection to begin with and 2 hours later made a ticket for a refund, i loved the simplicity of the software however.

Im confused now, does that mean the ticket has been answered or?
Ticket number is 380598 (i think?)
