No Email To Change Password

I still haven't received the email to change my password.

    Ticket number? That was over a week ago. And I still can't change my password.

    First step: Log into PIA with your assigned Username and Password, then access the Client-Control-Panel. You should be able to change your password there. BTW,FYI, there are two passwords required on PIA, one for your Account, one for the Forum.

    I can't log in to anything but the forum. I can't COPY the password in my little green man because it won't let me copy it.
