Per application settings toggled on its own

I have never gone into the settings on the android application. Today my service provider hit me with copyright infringement. I decided to take a look at the settings and noticed under per application settings that all of the apps were toggled green except utorrent and my 2 browsers. Those are the only 2 apps I really needed on and somehow they were toggled off. How could this happen?i am the only one with access to my tablet and until today I have never looked at the settings let alone change them.

Not sure if you should include the fact you got the copyright notice. That could lead to implication if someone tries to help you out with it. And the only ones who can and care to help care, acknowledge that.

Your infringement of copyright is your legal business, but the question of "why is the app not auto-forced for all other apps' traffic" is a good one (and a technical question I can't answer).

Please open a ticket and wait a bit (patiently) as this is an issue I'd like to see resolved. You don't need to mention infringement or tell people what you use PIA for, all PIA needs to know is what the app is doing or not doing.
