Now I'm Getting Mad...

NO ONE from PIA has helped me to change my password. I can't do anything until it is changed. I'm logged into PIA with the little green thing but I can't see what my password is and the password I think it is isn't working. I've changed my email- maybe that will help me to receive a notification on changing my password!! Confirmation of new email address was sent and I confirmed it. I want to put PIA on my Android but guess what? NO working password!!!
I'm trying to calm down but it's very difficult when I'm not receiving any answers that work and my posts are marked as SOLVED! *sigh*

  • Hi @Sunflower — I've just replied to your support ticket. I'm very sorry for all the trouble here.
  • I'm with you, Sunflower. Tech support from this company is non-existent. Almost 2 weeks ago I requested that they unblock my outgoing email thru SMTP and have received absolutely nothing in return, Like you, they don't need to solve any tricky technical problem. They only need to enter a command to stop blocking my mail or in your case to send a password. But apparently they have inadequate support staff and are in well over their heads. I've seen this type of behavior before. Don't be too surprised to learn that they have gone belly-up one day soon. I'm already shopping for a replacement. In the meantime consider a hard-copy letter to their headquarters in Grandview, MI or perhaps even a complaint to the Michigan consumer protection office. Paying money for this poor quality service is truly a rip-off.
  • Hi there, @Alseo. I'm so sorry for the delay — while we are catching up, we are still running a backlog. I've just whitelisted your mail server. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
  • Thank you. Sorry to be a complainer, but you are desperately behind. Hope you can get some extra hands on board soon to clear up your backlog. Your tech support used to be very prompt and helpful. Let's hope it becomes that way again.
  • Keep up The good work Colleen.

Colleen, you are a LIFE SAVER! Thank you for your kindness while I was being um-er-  not nice.
And thanks to the couple of flaggers too. You made me laugh.
