CAPTCHAS again

Damn CAPTCHAS all afternoon (Sun 16/7/17) on Sydney/Melbourne servers I know its not PIA's fault that somebody misuses VPN, but it seems to happen regularly on these servers. Also happens a lot on Silicon Valley. I just change servers ( or sometimes browsers????) to avoid this. Everything developed for GOOD can be, and will be, used foe EVIL
