Stuck on "Loading..."

Hi all,

I bought a subscription to PIA but the mac client does not work. Just gets stuck in the bar at the top saying "Loading..."

Tried also to connect through Tunnelblick with no success.

Any thoughts? (Support ticket 392976 has not been answered in 2 weeks)
