New Activation

Signed up for one year service processed but yet to receive confirming email with account credentials ON #7234076 -  Can  someone remedy or explain why?  Email open tickets: (401856)  and (401852).

solved 7/27: ISP blacklisted PIA billing had to use alternative email host - kudos to Colleen in Support!

    Got it. If she sent you your login information and you did not get it, the problems is on you, not her. You might want to check you side and see what happened. Compare email address from your to what she sent. No doubt there is a disconnect there. Work with them, they do solve a lot of issues.

    Got it. Then it would appear that the information you gave them was possibly not valid and it is their fault. Understood. PIA, bad doggy.
