Confirmation email link for the forums does not work.

I'm trying to create a 'Discussions' account, but when I visit the email confirmation link (https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/forum/entry=/emailconfirm/XXXXX/XXXXXXXX), I get the following error on the PIA website:

Page Not Found
The page you were looking for could not be found.

Is there a workaround?  Do I even need to confirm?
