Slow or no response [Solved]
Hello:
I've submitted 3 support tickets and someone finally got back to me, and the response was to buy a router with PIA installed on it or use the link for with directions for router based VPN setup, but the link sent me to the log in screen. I then sent an email last week to see if PIA offered a refund since they did not offer the service I was looking for but I did not get a response. What is the best way to get to someone that can assist with getting a refund or proper support?
