No response from refund request [Solved]
I see that support has been responding to similar posts on this forum, so hopefully someone will respond to me here too. I signed up on 8/25 and emailed a refund request to email@example.com on 8/29. I've yet to hear back from anyone or received my refund. I also submitted support requests on the website on 8/31 and again today. I received the same exact auto reply from both saying my request is being reviewed and the support team is overloaded. A little help would be appreciated, thanks!
