I am trying to get a refund on my PIA subscription... its already been 3 days and you guys keep asking about the PIA... number and you guys aren't explaining where to locate it... EMAILS ARE SLOW AND YOU GUYS KEEP SAYING YOUR TRAFFIC IS OVERLOADING...


Please help....

The PIA order number should have been in the email that you received when you first signed up for the service. Let me know your ticket number and I will help you with your refund

hi, i have also been trying to get refund past 5 days, ticket no's 437466,436743. all replied to and still no refund, do i need to complain to paypal? terrible service.
