Instagram Errors

While browsing Instagram yesterday I attempted to like a post whereupon I got an 'Action Blocked' error message, now I knew I hadn't broken any rules of the site so was a bit baffled why it was happening, so I switched to my phone (without VPN using Mobile data) and attempted the same action which worked fine.  I then switched to my non-vpn wifi network, again it worked fine, as soon as I switched to my dd-wrt wifi with vpn enabled the same error occurred.  This leads me to believe that Instagram is deliberately blocking PIA.

I submitted a bug report to Instagram, I'm not holding my breath for a reply.  While it's not a major issue I prefer to have the majority of my internet going through a VPN, it's only streaming devices which are usually attached to my non-vpn wifi.

  • We have got here the way to get the hack instagram account here and it was good for me.
  • I use https://zen-promo.com/view_likes_on_instagram app bot and have no problem with its functioning. It helps me to manage my account successfully.
  • Hello! Unfortunately, blacklisting of IPs is a very common problem with VPNs. Some large websites, including retailers, streaming services, banks, and marketplaces like craigslist, place a blanket ban on VPN use. Their security sees our anonymous IP address as a potential threat so they block us out. While we rotate our IPs regularly, we are unable to render support or assistance in accessing restricted content via our service.

You may be able to change servers and or ports to obtain an IP address that is not blacklisted. Your VPN may need to be turned off to access these websites. If you haven't already, please try other servers to see if it will allow a connection. Another option would be to try using one of our browser extensions as they do use some different IP's that may allow a connection.

Our DevOps team is aware of the connection issues when it comes to streaming services like Amazon Video, Netflix, BBC, etc. They have assured us that they are working on our infrastructure in order to combat censorship and filtering. We believe that you should not need to compromise your security or privacy in order to view products and services online. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline for when that solution will be implemented. Your VPN may need to be turned off to access these websites.

However, have you tried the following:

    - change servers
    - change ports and protocols (tcp/udp)
    - clear cache and cookies in the browser
    - changed browsers to see if one is faster
    - performed a clean uninstall/reinstall
(uninstalling, rebooting, then reinstalling a fresh copy)
    - logged out of the application and reboot the device
(then logged back in to try and connect successfully)
