No response to refund requests [Solved]

I signed up for one year of PIA last Tuesday September 19, but almost immediately ran into a severe slow down to my internet and computer whenever the software was turned on. I have since asked for a refund on Wednesday September 20 (request #446828) and Friday September 22 (request #447901) but all I have received are automatic responses stating that they are backlogged. I have been patient, but 5 days is more than enough time to respond. Please initiate a refund for my $39.95.
