Refund or tech support [Solved]

Hi there, 

I've been having issues using PIA on my iOS devices. As I can't change the ports I connect with, many places I intended to use the VPN are not working, like free wi-fi hotspots at a restaurant. I've asked tech support if there is any way to change on iOS, but haven't got a response yet. I then a few days later, asked for a refund. My 7 days is up tomorrow and I would like a refund before its too late. I've tried other VPNs on iOS who's free trials have successfully connected on those same troublesome networks with no issues.

    Hi,
     I want my VPN to work. It's not. I already sent 3 mails. Nobody replied. If that's because nobody cares, i want a total refund. If somebody cares, then the problem should be fixed. Or maybe you have too many customers? just answer me! my username is p 1280507. Thanks
