It still will not work i click save then start now and it keeps saying" Server is not running or status could not be read." What do i do now? This is running firmware Version 1.28 by shibby. Thank you

The instructions you're using are a little old at this point — we generally recommend connecting using AES-128-CBC on port 1198.
