Comcast / Xfinity Throttling Torrent Speeds
I went over my 1TB data cap last month and now Comcast / Xfinity is throttling my torrents speeds. I'm new to PIA and have tried a lot of settings but still no improvement with torrent speeds while on VPN. I switched from utorrent to qbittorrent but same problem occurs. Don't think a proxy will work since Comcast blocks port 1080. Any help is much appreciated.
