Can my ISP (Internet Service Provider) see my bookmarks when I am not connected to my VPN?
Can my ISP (Internet Service Provider) see my bookmarks when I am not connected to my VPN? When I start up my computer before connecting to my VPN I am curious if they can actually see the bookmarks that I have saved.

Your ISP will only be able to see the sites you have visited (disconnected from the VPN of course).
So unless you visit these bookmarked pages, you should be fine.
