Ubuntu 16.04 - Install - Tray Icon Missing

After reboot not able to find icon.

Do i need to execute script each time? if so, what script?

As a follow up I have will post my solution. Removing the text "-startup" from the Ubuntu StartUp menu text box worked. After several re-starts and a few shut-downs the icon still remains. This solution applies to v72 of the installer script which I downloaded October 9, 2017.
