Cannot sign in - wrong user or password

I don't recall changing my password, but I get an error saying I have the wrong user/password credentials when I try to sign on.  Happens from two different computers and two iphones.

Alas, I don't remember the email I used to register.  I do have the account/confirmation number and, of course my assigned userid and original password.

Opened a trouble ticket,  but no response yet.

Does anyone know how to find the email address associated with an account by confirmation number or id?  Or how to reach a person at PIA?
