[Bug] MACE on iOS stops working when automatically reconnected

On iOS, if the VPN is automatically reconnected (e.g. when switching from Wi-Fi to cellular or vice versa), even if MACE is turned on it no longer blocks any domains, so ads, trackers, etc. are allowed to communicate. If the VPN is manually turned off and on from the app, MACE starts working again.

    Seems like we can reproduce on our end as well. I have reported this to the developers - thank you!

    Issue still persists on iOS 11.2.5 on app version 2.3.
