This sounds like a case of just overreaching policy on their part.
Fraud is rampant among VPN providers. Easily 30% of our signups are suspect. We have taken a lot of proprietary measures to limit that, but when we get transactions that look like they could be fraud, we ask users to verify their payment information.
Our usual procedure is a lot less intrusive however. We ask the person to take a picture of the card used to sign up, and cover all information except for the name on the card and the last 4 digits.
This allows us to verify that they actually possess the card, as most cards are stolen through phishing schemes online (most fraudsters are not photoshop experts).
they shouldnt care if the card is fraud or not. as long as they get paid. so much for VIKINGVPN being committed to privacy.

Their "custom client" (which is closed-sourced) is just a wrapper around OpenVPN, and implements basic OpenVPN settings changes.
Their maximum settings in the custom client, are our maximum settings by default, in the open source client.
Funny you mention the forums, the same forums that were hacked because they failed to update their forums against known bugs in the version they were using... User data was leaked and fake ads were posted for bitcoin doublers.

I am not plugging VikingVPN. I am just saying that PIA is nothing special. They are the Walmart of VPNs.
PIA astroturfs this subreddit, hard. They also have ton of affiliates and directly pay people to plug their products.
Notice how recommendations for anything else get downvoted, as well as anything that puts them in a bad light.
Just select 10 posts at random and take a look.
The bias in here can be sickening.

Well, you recommended a service that won't work to someone who could be thrown in jail if they get caught using it.
This is the one case where I will not let a "just use PIA lol they are the BEST!" post slide.

I do however believe in "Genetic Purity". And before anyone interprets that in a way to support more stupidity, let me clarify what that means to me. I am a Bi-Polar, Insulin Dependant Diabetic with a Seizure disorder. As such, I refuse to take any action that can cause impregnation. This is not because I do not like women. I love women. I just do not wish to contaminate the world with more genetic diseases like those three I just mentioned.
If I wanted a child, I would adopt. There are orphans of every race out there who while not staving from hunger, are currently starving for attention and respect. (And in some parts of the world they are starving from hunger too.)
So back to the topic. You want "leaders" like Hitler and Stalin to "lead" the world. Why? All they would do is inflame the "white" people of the world and everyone else to fight. And the "white" people you seem to care so much for would die out because they do not have the numbers to win.
Pull that book from your ass and read statistics of birth rates. (Start with Wikipedia if you care for an impartial reference.) "Whites" are quickly becoming extinct due to sheer numbers of various mixed race births.
