I've never tried this myself, but a DuckDuckgo search turned up a guide with some instructions you might give a shot!

You can save ya self a whole lot of issue's if you run vpn from a router that covers all device's, no matter the device's from TV to fridge's to remote access control. There plenty of info and youtube material to lookup
