Hi,
Can someone look into tickets 475615, 476049?
I think I may have fallen through the system. I have been a customer for a long time and recently signed up with a gift card to an already used email account. I have checked the spam folder etc and am pretty sure the email has not been sent.

I am sorry for the inconvenience of the issue. For the PIA applications, OpenVPN, the Chrome browser extension, and the Client Control Panel on our website, you should be using your PIA account username and its password. PIA account usernames are always a "p" followed by seven digits.
(If you have generated a PPTP/L2TP/SOCKS5 login, please be aware that username begins with an “x” and its password are ONLY used for PPTP/L2TP/SOCKS5 connections. If you are only using our standard listed above, the "x" login is not necessary and will not work)
Please ensure that you are not copying and pasting your login information, as this can sometimes unintentionally pick up leading or trailing spaces. Please try typing making sure that the password is entered correctly as it is CaSe SenSitIve.
You also may need to reset the password. If you wish to cancel the auto-renewal on the account, you would cancel your subscription by logging into the Client Control Panel here and clicking the Cancel option. - PIA CS Team
There are two different accounts. First is the PIA service which uses the pxxxxxxx format and second is the forums which can be any login name.
If you did not receive the PIA service ID then you should contact Customer Service by opening a ticket. Requesting cancellation on the forums might not generate results. Do recommend using the Tech Support or Customer Service route.

I would recommend going through all your responses and removing the username and email address or any pertinent information relating to your account as we want to ensure your account and privacy stays private.
