Auto-Renewal not auto-renewing!

Sorry but I didn't really know where to post this, but what should I do if my auto-renewal (via credit card) didn't auto-renew?
My subscription expired 17/11/17 and is shown as expired despite the auto-renewal date 17/11/17 being shown as correct.
Could this be a simple delay?  Should I wait or should I assume the account has indeed expired, and instead, start a brand new subscription?

Living in Russia, I'm not too keen on going commando at present.
