I'm not receiving any emails when people comment on my discussions
Hi there. 
I wasn't quite sure which category my question falls under so I hope I've not posted in the wrong one.
I'm wondering if anyone can help me out. In my notification preferences I have 'Notify me when people comment on my discussions' enabled, both email and popup are ticked. However I do not receive an email notification when someone comments on any of my discussions.
There's never anything in my spam/junk folders in Outlook 2016 and nothing ever appears in my webmail either.
Has anyone else had this problem? Have you managed to fix the problem?
Any help would be really appreciated.
